Sister Carol Seidl, Principal
A Franciscan Sister of Christian Charity and our Motherhouse is in Wisconsin. I have been a principal for many years, in a variety of schools and cultures suchas Black, Hispanic, and rural America. I grew up on a dairy farm outside of Green Bay, Wisconsin, so YES, I am a die-hard Green Bay Packer Fan. I enjoy hiking, reading, watching NFL football and getting involved in parish activities. My vision of a Catholic School is one in which all are welcome to come and feel a part of this Christian Community. I believe strongly in teaching the Catholic faith and teaching our youth to be active leaders in the church. School and church are interconnected. I also believe in challenging students academically to set high goals and help them to attain them. Children are our future leaders of our community, church and country. I believe in teaching students respect; respect for themselves, their classmates, adults and their parents.

Megan Hillman, 7/8 Grade Teacher
I live by a strong moral compass and bring to all my experiences a philosophy of education that was spoken to me by a professor I had in college “Nothing in this world is accomplished without passion”. I am passionate about teaching and strive to continue to learn with each year’s students. I am a lifelong learner in the sense that motivates my students and in turn, they create a new perspective to look from other angles. My goal as an educator is to be the best-rounded professional, with a wide variety of experiences and professional growth that encourages me to reach even higher.

Gay Langseth, 5/6 Grade Teacher
It is my belief that the objective of teaching a child is to enable the child to get along without the teacher. I enjoy helping students to grow spiritually and academically, as I watch them continue to become empowered throughout the year. Here at All Saints Catholic School I hope to learn from students, parents, and faculty, as we share our experience and thoughts with ones faith community.

Lisa Marie Satterfield, 1/2 Grade Teacher
The Lord put a desire for teaching in my heart when I was in grade school. I have taught a wide range of age groups over the years and am very excited to have the opportunity this year to work with 1st and 2nd grades. I enjoy watching children’s faces light up when they succeed at a difficult task. It is my belief that all children have the ability to learn when given the proper tools, and my goal each year is to give them those tools.

Verenice Quiroz, Pre-School Teacher
I provide all children an opportunity to grow emotionally, socially, spiritually, intellectually and physically. I am based on the theory that children learn through play. I love teaching and caring for children, it brings me great pleasure and amazement to see young children develop such adequate learning skills. Some of my goals are to build trust and confidence in each child. I will achieve this by providing a nurturing, loving and learning environment where faith is incorporated.

Michelle Balma, K-8 Computer Applications Teacher
I will be teaching Computer Applications to grades K-8. This is my 13th year in education, having mostly taught in public schools. I look forward to the change to a Catholic school. Teaching has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember and I feel very blessed with such a rewarding, yet challenging career. While in my classroom, students will learn how to apply technology to learn by acquiring skills that allow them to gather process, discuss and communicate information. This in heir will prepare them to fulfill their Christian and civic responsibilities in a global setting.
