Financial Aid and Scholarships

At All Saints Catholic School, we firmly believe that every child deserves access to a high-quality, faith-based education. We’ve partnered with Arizona School Tuition Organizations (STOs) and other scholarship programs to make private Catholic education accessible to families in Sierra Vista and neighboring communities. With a variety of funding options, many families are able to significantly reduce or even fully cover tuition costs, empowering students to thrive academically, spiritually, and socially in a supportive, faith-centered environment.

Below, you’ll find a detailed overview of each scholarship, eligibility requirements, and how these programs can support your child’s academic, spiritual, and social growth at All Saints Catholic School.

Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA)

For parents new to private education or transferring from public schools, the Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) is a game-changer. This state-funded program allows eligible families to redirect public education dollars toward private school tuition and approved educational expenses. ESA can fully cover tuition for students in Grades 1–8, providing families with unprecedented flexibility and support. For Kindergarten families, ESA can be applied toward half-day tuition, or parents may choose alternative scholarships, such as CTSO and other programs listed on this webpage, to help cover the full cost. Please note that ESA cannot be combined with other scholarships, but when used strategically, families can maximize financial support and significantly reduce tuition costs. Many parents find that their children’s tuition is fully or mostly covered, making Catholic education more accessible than ever.

Catholic Tuition Student Organization (CTSO)

The CTSO scholarship empowers families to make private Catholic education a reality. Available for students entering Kindergarten through 8th (K-8) grade, this scholarship considers tuition need and allows parents to apply for assistance that can cover a significant portion of tuition costs. By completing the application thoroughly, families provide the necessary information for CTSO to evaluate financial need and provide impactful support. CTSO awards can transform the accessibility of Catholic education, helping students join thriving, faith-centered classrooms.

Institute for Better Education (IBE)

The Institute for Better Education (IBE) offers financial-need-based scholarships, including Individual and Plus awards, for school-age students (K–8) and preschoolers with an Arizona public school IEP or 504 plan. These awards are designed to help families meet tuition needs and reduce financial barriers, ensuring students can access quality Catholic education. Applications must include documentation of household income, such as the last two pay stubs for all income earners, to accurately assess eligibility. The application will not be considered complete without these documents, as current income is required by law to determine award amounts.

Arizona Leadership Foundation

The Arizona Leadership Foundation offers additional scholarship opportunities through Low-Income Corporate Income Tuition Tax Credit (CTC) programs and Disabled/Displaced Corporate Income Tax Credit programs. These scholarships can be combined with CTSO and IBE awards, allowing families to maximize funding and further reduce tuition costs. With careful planning, many families find that these programs make Catholic education financially feasible and sustainable.
